Remembering Peter Donaldson. Godspeed. My prayers to Sheila and his family.

"... i always in awe of Peters work, it was so incredibly honest, and so I was continually inspired by his performances. i saw him go for a speedy walk after a performance of "Who's afraid of Virginia Wolf.".. i wondered where the energy came from, 'cause he was motorin'! and such a clear voice, i can still hear his voice ringing "the election, the election , the election" from Gurney's "Love Letters" His voice had that rich timbre, the kind you don't hear that often anymore, everyones mic'd and quite reliant , but Donaldson voice was filled with a kind of cheer, and such decision and clarity.

Whether we crossed paths at the theatre or the Y, he always had a warm and welcoming greeting. His was a treasure for the Theatre most certainly. I'm sorry for his loss."
