"Well, my, (our), wait... them me start that over again, the call time for the Stratford Concert Choir is 10:15 am. Then most likely a set up of the environment, and then I would imagine a sound check, run through... they are serving breakfast at 6:30 am I think... it's a pretty big event, should be a very interesting... experience, there's a safety issue, it's an open flame after all... with the Torch passing to Peter Mansbridge some point... for 300 metres no less, a ha ha ha... what I meant was some of the controversy surrounding the Torch relay, and the 2010 Olympics, the building and construction that's taken place and continues to take place has not gone unobserved... so quite naturally there is safety and security aspects to this kind of event, but back to the musical side of things, The Stratford Concert Choir is ushering the torch in, as it relays it's way through to Stratford and beyond, we'll be singing "O Canada" and the Olympic commissioned "There is a Light" by Gregory Charles,
a song composed, for the 2010 Olympics and the Paralympic Winter Games. It's an honour to be involved, and take part in this unique, and truly "global community" kind of experience...
